The United States of America have created immigration laws for all alien nationals who would like to live and work in the country. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are the two main agencies who facilitate the application for immigrant status, employment visas and the likes.
